Refund policy

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact me to arrange a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. I will only issue a refund/exchange once I have received your returned item in its original packaging, excluding the cost of postage.

Shipping for returned items must be paid for by the buyer and all jewellery returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. International orders must be sent tracked and insured.

Please note that custom made orders cannot be refunded nor can earrings due to hygiene reasons.
