Let me introduce ‘Sea Drift’, an endearing miniature glass vial containing tiny pieces of Yorkshire sea glass all found along my local beaches.
The vial has been capped with a hand fabricated silver top bursting with detail. Waves wrap around the cap and silver beaded detail finishes the bottom. I have hand stamped the words ‘sea drift’ onto the bail where the chain hangs from.
Large silver orbs adorn the cap and a malachite gemstone sits at the heart of the pendant. This has been picked with the idea of travel in mind and the benefits malachite can offer. It is said to crumble when danger is near, it’s also helpful to where when flying or travelling along busy roads for protection.
From the top of the bail to the bottom of the bottle the pendant is approx 6.5cm tall and 1.8cm wide.
Each pendant hangs from a 20” oxidised Sterling silver chain.
